I've been working my butt off exercising. My entire body is feeling it. I get on the scale this morning and I am up 4.4 lbs from last Friday morning. Two more mornings till weigh in. I am confused as I am documenting calories burned and calories eaten; every last one. I'm frustrated as I want to see FAT GONE; however, I know my body is getting better...but I don't want a fat, in-shape body...I want the fat to melt off as I've been working so hard!!

Ok, to be unemotional and fair to the diet Gods, I have had super high caloric days followed by a lower calorie days. I have been eating sweets, fast food, and drinking alcohol plus diet drinks...everything is logged BUT, I cannot whine like I have been perfectly consistent. When I take an unbiased look, I can make plenty of changes....

So after today, I will make the following changes:

No more sugar in the form of sweets.
No more artificial sweeteners. Agave nectar and honey will work.

Add Green Tea EVERY Day.
Add Coffee to replace diet energy drinks.
Add Consistent Sleep...9:30 pm - 4:30 am.

Prepare Next Day's meal plan and food for next day.
Prepare Gym Bag - Sleep in workout clothes so I can climb out of bed and go.

My calories will be set at 1700, consistently, every day.

If this doesn't work. I am going to the Dr because SOMETHING is wrong!!
