Just did a 45 minute aerobic workout with My Fitness Coach on my Wii and she kicked my butt! I am thinking I haven't been working out hard enough on the wii fit plus somehow as this was exhausting and made me puff a lot more! I think I might alternate the two and see how I go...

good job, 45 minutes of aerobic exercise would kick my butt!!! All I can do now is ellipitcal and walking. My mom gave me a wii fit for my bday, and a very large friend of theirs was here when she gave it to me and he asked "what did you do to deserve that? Did you give her a fruitcake for christmas?" LOL But, returned it cause the wii is my sons, and he is in college on the mainland so its not like its here for me to use, and I know myself better, it would probably just sit there. I want to try zumba though

Sandy it is worth it! I love my wii - turns exercise into fun. But you do have to ensure the intensity is high enough to make a difference eventually LOL

Squiggly, great job on the workouts. I too love my Wii Fit. I haven't gotten to the point where I could move on yet, it's still kicking my rump.
