I did two things right yesterday - I exercised and wrote down everything I put in my mouth! Writing down what I eat is the key and something I have neglected to do for far too long. I'm staying away from the scale for awhile. But I feel good this morning - not quite so bloated - I'll keep this up and feel better every day!

I had a FUN weekend - had everyone to my house for Italian food! I even had 3 desserts (half portions but 3 none the less) I did weigh on Monday and was disgusted with myself but I am already back to where I was on Friday ater eating fish and veggies for 2 days! Keeping track works! We don't have to beat ourselves up when we have fun with friends and family. We just need to get back on a healthy diet as soon as we can. I used to just give up when I saw the scale go up 3 pounds in one day. I know now that it is temporary if I resume normal eating. I love it when they bloated feeling goes away. I think that avoiding that feeling is my main motivation. Can't wait to see you for Margarita Ride.
