Ok, so last week I didn't do too well. I ate all kinds of junk, which is why I didn't record the items in my food journal. Also I drink at least two sodas last week (which is a big no-no on my list), and I had some alcohol on Saturday night. Add that all up with a late night run to Taco Bell and it was bad!!! Each week my goal is to work out at five days a week, and I only did three. The good thing is that this is a new week and I've sat down and came up with my meal plan for the week and I'm going to do great.
