Well, I let myself get weak yesterday and ate an Ice cream from Mickey D's . I felt reaaly bad for doing it and top it all off it was not good to me. So I cheated for no reason :) But I did lose only 0.2 oz but that is better then nothing at all or gaining. Today I will do better. I just need to not be so tried an I think I need to start back on my B-12.
