2 1/2 months ago, I felt like the world it going to collapse. When I started my diet, I didn't know if I could do it or it will crumble. I haven't done much for exercise, but I did change the way I eat food. I started off by having less intake of food, and then I have lessen even more of intake of meat. It felt like I was in hell, starving, but I also started having some snacks my pocket all the time and it felt good. Trust me, the snacking helps me curve my big appetite into tiny plate. I'm in day 86, and in 4 days it will be 90 mark. Lets see how it goes, but today, I have lost 17 lbs.
