EDIT*** NOT Annoyed!! See below...
Annoyed...worked my ass off and I'm down 1.6 lbs which is fine...but my body fat says 55.4 and it was 54.6. I know using a measuring tape is highly variable on placement, etc...but....grrrrrr daily calories are going down.
***I've been taking progress pics for the last 3 weeks, from behind, naked via the bathroom mirror. The first I lost bc I changed phones but I will never forget it...horrifying...But I have the next two. I just made a composite with the two pics side by side. In ONE week, there is a very significant difference!! I'm smiling now....Back rolls be banished!! Screw the stats (although I'll use for guidelines) and KNOW when you do well. I knew it was a good week, but the scale and fat % depressed me, BUT NO REASON...No more hyper focusing on the negative...carry on and keep charging ahead. I am making progress!!
