Well didn't go workout Friday was just lazy... I maintained weight since then so the scale hasn't moved since yesterday which is fine at least it's not going up! I have to go workout today and get back into the swing of things!
My good bra finally went kaput the underwire is coming out so Lane Bryant is having a 40% off sale so am going bra shopping today! I MUST fit my workout in somewhere I don't want to lose the ground I've gained with working out!
I've maintained my diet and had a tiny cheat lastnight... husband had pizza with pineapple on it so I heated it up and scraped the toppings off and ate them including the pineapple... not very much and didn't put me over in carbs but maybe that's why I didn't lose yesterday... ahh well it was worth it! It was YUMMY!!!
