Good Morning. I survived another day yesterday and lost another 1/2 pound. Is that crazy to weigh yourself everyday? I did aerobics yesterday and had 32 points. I want to stay below 30 points. Here to a new day and good eating. Oh, I weigh myself everyday, is that crazy?

I don't think it's crazy that you weigh everyday, as long as it doesn't effect your progress. I would weigh everyday and then if I went up at all I would get discouraged and eat something, so I try not to weigh very often anymore. It's hard for me not to, it kind of gets addicting I think.
