Ive been trying really hard and recorded everything i eat yet i just seem to stay the same weight :(

Don't get discouraged! Sometimes I try doing a different activity than normal (like running vs. the elliptical) or vary my calories each day (one day 1400, the next 1000) to get my body moving again. Those seem to help me get past my plateaus :)

Thank you for the encouragement :) it really helps on those down days. Ive lost 2 pounds this week so im glad i didn't give up
