I say I want... but yet I do nothing. I am getting the results I deserve. This weekend, I have had Subway,alcohol, ice cream, chinese buffet, skipped meals, sat and watched too much tv and sat at the computer. SO.... as I enter into 2 challenges, I promise myself to committ. I know I will be rewarded for my efforts. Water, more fruits and vegetables and move (it doesn't have to be 45min on the treadmill to count as exercise). These steps/changes are necessary.
