I've been back from holiday just a day, but easing into my healthy routine was pretty simple. I have a chicken salad for lunch and another for dinner. The only drawback is that i've been hungry a lot today. I haven't had much to snack on and not enough protein overall to compensate. Still, I have a feeling that I can lose the weight gained on holiday rather quickly and then drop the remaining weight by my wedding day.
