Went to a body conditioning class instead of Zumba yesterday since the time didn't conflict with Court's concert. Good core conditioning. Wish I could get Courtney to come with me!

Having my period again. I hate the associated bloating, and ready to be done with the whole business. I AM 51 after all, isn't this supposed to be over with soon!
