Days until photoshoot - 23 Well yesterday went well, 1200 calories minus all my exercise... I went for a jog in the morning and a walk in the afternoon. Ate very well; Breakfast: Uncle tobys oats with honey and blueberries. (306 cal) Morning Snack: Dairy Farmers Passionfruit yoghurt. (109 cal) Lunch: Half bowl of tuna salad. (97 cal) Afternoon Snack: Be Natural fruit and nut bar. (302 cal) Dinner: Half bowl of tuna salad. (109 cal) Glass of mineral water. (127 cal) Evening Snack: 1 apple and 1/4 cup roasted almonds. (263 cal) Water: 600mL Fully need to increase the ammount of water I drink! I'm thinking about getting myself a meal replacement shake like a fat metabolising one, but I don't want to bulk up and I'm really not sure what to get. Any suggestions? This morning I could not bring myself to get up and go for a jog, so I gave it a miss.. So Tara and I are going to really push the rampart this arv even though it's blowing a gale and freezing! Today I have been pretty good as far as eating goes, accept my skinny latte with 1 sugar at 2pm this arv... I was craving! Breakfast: Uncle tobys oats with honey and blueberries. (86 cal) Tonight Tara and Nat are coming round for a BBQ so I am a little worried about overeating but I'm only cooking healthy food so hopefully it won't be too bad!
