I spent the afternoon taking care of some one. this means I got to eat at 10 pm not to good . And I ate KFC . I had no skin and no breading , no biscut . I did have a serving of mash potatos and slaw . Not what I really wanted . I haven't been to the grocery store. Looks like I should plan better.
