yes! 1/2 lb is better than nothing i'll take it and the week aint over yet. I bet I drank a gallon of water yesterday,could it be that it is the magic bullet that will jump start weight loss? We'll see.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
