I will be 60 in February. Have made big changes over past 4 years. 14% body fat down from 23% and stronger than ever. I thank my trainer and all the hard work. Lifestyle changes work, quick fix diets and fads don't.

Coming up on 64 myself. Wish I would have started this earlier! Lol. What do you think are your best chest building exercises?

My guy exhausts my chest... 20lb vest x 20 pushups x 4 sets Incline press 4x10/12x35lbs(current weight) Tsunami bar bench press 4x10x25lb plate each side Hip bridge fly 4x15x15lb (coming off back to back surgeries on my shoulders) Sled push 4180lbs
