This last month has been really weird. I kept losing and gaining the same four pounds. Luckily when I weighed in for the contest I was down four pounds.

This month I am doing water aerobics twice a week which burns between 450 and 700 calories. Plus I'm recording my daily calorie intake. I think I've been sneaking extra calories when I shouldn't.

Keep up the good work everyone!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
