I think I have been retaining and losing a lot of fluids as I have a cold and have been taking Sudafed every 4 hours for the past week. So I think the 113 lb. weigh-in was at a low fluid moment.
114.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
