Off to Jury duty this morning so had to eat way earlier than I usual do. Amazing that I just am not hungry first thing in the morning. Had one Van's GF waffle, yum along with three banty eggs and 2 slices of bacon. That should get me through the morning!

1539 kcal Fat: 51.67g | Prot: 76.40g | Carb: 193.56g.   Breakfast: Spread made with Yogurt, Maple Syrup, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Bacon, Egg,  gluten free waffles. Lunch: Apple Cinnamon Mini Rice Cakes, Lowfat Peach Kefir, Honeydew Melons, Almonds , Gluten Free Sugar Cookie. Dinner: Egg, Pork Chops or Roasts (Sirloin, Boneless) , Brown Rice, Pre-washed Broccoli & Cauliflower. Snacks/Other: Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil, Quakes Kettle Corn Rice Cakes, Rice Cakes - Vanilla Cr�me Brulee (Quaker), Turkey Snack Bites. more...

Not being hungry at certain times of the day, has surprised me too. I used to think I was hungry all the time. I think much of it was false hunger because now it goes away in a few minutes. Isn't it GREAT!!!!

I must say that I am also amazed that I am not that hungry first thing in the morning. I can remember a time when one of my first thoughts was breakfast...now I can check messages, work out, shower, then get to breakfast. Sometimes I have been awake for hours before I get to it. Sounds like a great breakfast....hope it got you through. :)
