This salad looks delicious. As an idea. I keep my calories to around1300-1500 per day. Mostly I eat 2 main meals and a few nibbles in between if I'm hungry. My main meals usually are around 450-600 calories. Smaller meals leave me hungry and then I need to have a snack or two. Sometimes it helps having more calories in a single well balanced meal, to keep you satiated as this will reduce cravings. Not sure what your calorie intake for the day is or whether you're on keto or fasting or any of those things... just wanted to share with you how it has worked for me in terms of figuring out meal sizes and calories per meal.
