I STICK TO THE FLEX PLAN. I AM ALLOWED CERTAIN AMOUNT OF POINTS A DAY. I CHOOSE FOODS THAT HAVE LESS POINT VALUE. I WANT MORE FOOD FOR LESS POINTS. I CARRY THE WEIGHT WATCHERS CALCULATOR EVERY WHERE I GO. IF I SEE SOMETHING THAT I MIGHT LIKE. I CALCULATE THE POINT VALUE, IF TOO MANY POINTS I PUT IT BACK. IT IS NOT EAY BUT I AM TIRED OF BEING FAT. FAT GENES RUN IN MY FAMILY AND I REFUSE TO CONTINUE THE GENE POOL. I HAVE A THICK BONE STRUCTURE AND I WEIGH MORE THAT WHAT PEOPLE THINK I AM. I WEIGH 193 POUNDS BUT I CAN WHERE MEDIUM SHIRTS AND SIZE 12/14 PANTS. I HATE THE NUMBERS ON THE SCALE. WEIGHT WATCHERS HAVE A GOAL WEIGHT BETWEEN 140-150. I HAD TO GET A WRIITEN DOCTORS NOTE FOR A GOAL WEIGHT OF 160. I AM GOING TO TRY TO STAY MOTIVATED TO CONTINUE ON MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY. IF I MADE IT THIS FAR I BELIEVE I CAN GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT. I SET MINI GOALS FOR MYSELF. MY NEXT GOAL IS TO LOSE ANOTHER 5 POUNDS. THAT WILL GIVE ME TOTAL OF 50 POUND LOSS. I WILL GET A 50 POUND STAR FROM WEIGHT WAQTCHERS. I WANT THAT STAR. WISH ME WELL.
