This could also be water retention. Your Fat Cells generally fill with water when losing weight; which the same size Fat Cell filled with water instead of Fat can weigh the same if not more (depending on how much water the cell fills up with).

Thanks for this info. The fat burning engine is now turned on, I just need to feed it with the right stuff. Going to Europe for a month, I pray I will behave myself where food is concerned.
