well really glad i did a fat fast for 2 days put my body back in keitosis teach me to sneak some bbq sause on my chicken i wont do that again lol

Beth, try the bbq sauce "Guy's " I buy it on line from Netrition...
I've tried so many and this one is delish !! They have several and I have used them all.
They are sugarfree.......
