A new year - I have lost 10 pounds since my last diet and am restarting in a much better place this time. 10 days into no alcohol and going to record my food right away. Water drinking will be a main focus and possibly out with the caffeine again for less anxiety. About 6 weeks into my anti depressants, not feeling huge changes but sobriety and exercise and diet on the regular always helps. Looking forward to the next 7lbs. Small goals, lots of muscle to build.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2020:
1362 kcal Fat: 71.05g | Prot: 84.30g | Carb: 97.00g.   Breakfast: Dry Curd Cottage Cheese, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes and Mushrooms. Lunch: Dry Curd Cottage Cheese, Eat Smart Sweet Kale Vegetable Salad Kit, Clover Flaked Light Tuna in water. Dinner: Hannaford Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other: Babybel Mini Cheddar Semisoft Cheese, Balderson Extra Old Cheddar, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges), Coffee with Skim Milk, Coffee with Skim Milk. more...
