For all you newbie-peeps, please be prepared and be aware that if you're new to this health/dieting thing don't get quickly discouraged when your weight loss stalls relatively quick. Many of us will lose 3-10 lbs of weight in a week or two just by cutting a few cals and eating clean. Our bodies will shed water weight really quick, and then our body gets serious about whether or not it wants to give up fat. It doesn't want to, but it will consistency is the key. Eating clean and moderate exercise, plus reevaluating calorie intake as you shed weight are some keys to long term success. 2020 is for you--research, learn and feel free to ask others on here. They're a lot of successful people here willing to assist, just be willing to asks. Steer clear of the "excuse-makers." The old adage rigs true misery loves company. For your path to success remember, for something to become repeatable it has to be sustainable, meaning if it's too difficult to be kept up for the long haul it will utterly fail.

May this be your best year ever.
