i just learnd about this yesterday you can go on google and look up fat fast it will explain it better than i can but pretty much you have to eat 1000 cals a day with 90% of fat you do this for about 3 or 4 days but there are only certain things that u can eat thats what it looked like to me any ways. i hope i got it right. its suppose to help u if u are stalled. its an atkin thing from my understanding.

I will check it out....I started Atkins Jan 21....and started at 243 down now to 221 but scale hasn't moved in probably a month or more!! very frustrated, but i dont want to go back to my old ways of eating, and gain back what i already lost...ugh!

well from what i understand this is suppose to help with the stalls my body does not like to loose the weight it is always stalling i should be loosing at least a couple lbs a week but i do understand the frustration. good luck hope it works for you let me know if it does.
