I was in a bad mood this afternoon and had a sweets craving. I started eating sugar-coated spice drops, but at least I stopped myself mid-way through the bag and threw the rest in the garbage can. What a waste of calories! Oh well, lesson learned. Again, my carb intake is way too high. I think I'll feel more satisfied if I focus on more protein-based meals. Glad tomorrow is a new day and opportunity to start fresh!
