So,I am once again 'jumping on the wagon', as it were. I am sick and tired of being out of shape and overweight. I want to look, be, and feel the best that I can.
I intend to fill my diet with healthy, low-calorie dense foods, and start exercising more - healthily, of course. I don't want to jump in the deep end right away and hurt myself. It won't help my goals if I have to sit around for a week waiting for an easily avoided injury to heal.
This isn't to say that I'm going to go easy on myself; I'm not. I'm going to do all that I know I can.
