Boiled Eggs ahead for breakfasts, cooked chicken breast ahead and sliced veggies for lunches. I have grocery shopped for what I need to keep my pace and do this without fail. The boys in the house are going to help by not asking for snacks I cannot share. No salt and no sugar!! Ugh, I am the biggest cheese lover around and no yogurt? What am I thinking doing this 6 day makeover. Hopefully I really will see a pant size change in this time. Sure would be nice to be a 14 again or a 12!! 780 calories today and I never felt hungry like usually did. Hmmm, maybe this could work. We will see :)
