Feeling really good since I started. The only thing that's been really difficult is giving up my crystal light and salty seasonings. I'm sure I will hit rough patches but I have never felt so optimistic about a lifestyle change and all the positive things it will do including weight loss. Wish I would have started paleo sooner!
