21 Weeks till my 31st birthday. So.. how am i gonna break up these last 12 lbs?
The easiest would be to use my Vegas trip as one of my goal dates like i have been. If i do it like that, this will be how my new goal will pan out...
I have to lose .6 lbs a week starting this friday till January 13th. I'm going to keep it this way, less pressure. Since i'm sure i'll have my gains and hiccups on the way.
October 8, 2010 - Vegas trip -> Goal weight: 163 (7 weeks starting this friday)
November 26, 2010 - Thanksgiving -> Goal weight: 159 (7 weeks after trip)
January 13, 2010 - My 31st Birthday -> Goal weight: 155 (7 weeks from thanksgiving)
February 14, 2010 - My Cruise -> Size 8
The exciting part is, i know i can do this... and if it doesn't happen i know that its not b/c i'm gaining fat and being unhealthly.. its just what my body feels like doing. I know if i continue what i'm doing no matter what the scale tells me, on Feb 14 i know i'll be rockin a size 8.
