yesterday I hardly ate all day and only had ome meal which was a big dinner but I did have about 5 drinks at a christmas get together which I had prepared well foe with keto snacks (I hardly even had any of my own snacks). i was feeling super happy with my day and was expecting great results the next day after staying well under my cals and carbs (including the vodkas with soda water) but this morning I have put on 0.6 kg!!! I am gutted and this has totally changed my plan for a few more drinks ober christmas. I am also expecting my period in the next couple of days so it could be associated with the gain but wow! alcohol is so not worth it!
