This weekend went ok. On Sat. I walked 20 min. Ate well except for the brownie I couldn't resist. Sun I hung out in the hot tub most of the day except for the grocery store and my eating went well, just not the 4 glasses of wine...
Today I already walked/jogged the beach. I did more walking than jogging, it is a start. Now off to zumba. I start my two a days on Tuesday and Thursday's this week!!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! It sure is a life style change. I'm excited about the three pounds. I will be very happy if I can loose 3 a week! That is keeping me motivated!

That's amazing!I tend to lose about a pound a week, I think. It's not great, but keeps me going.
