Was on vacation for the past 1.5 weeks. Didn't track, ate relatively bad, stayed at the exact same weight, so I am happy. I thought for sure I was going to gain.

Back in the gym and back to tracking now that I am home.
187.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
