Weight is 208.6 BMI = 28.3 and this is Day 1 of a 10-day juice fast! I am also starting my Communications class today. D'Arci and Isabella are going home today after a fantastic two-week visit! I will miss them. I still have to finish my Corporate Governance paper and start my Marketing Management paper. :( Gotta love it!
