I figured out what my next 'goal of the month' will be. Starting September 1, I will have to eat a portion of fruit once per day. This is going to be a toughie for me! But oh so very neccessary.

Last week before school starts. It'd be nice to get down to 140 :)

Today: 20 minutes of Richard Simoons Party Your Pants Off (and proud of it!), all toning.
