I just realized that I joined a challenge that I didn't read thoroughly that starts today- Lose 25 lbs in 40 days - I thought it said 60.While I really need a challenge, I don't think that the 40 days is probably the most healthy attitude. That is a lot of weight to lose in a very short time. I am quite fat so it actually possible for me to pull it off but I will still allow myself the 60 days without depriving or starving myself. I think it's important to be realistic or I will set myself for failure. This is my challenge to myself.
