my stomach is so unsettled and I have been on the toilet way too many times today. I've been having cream in my coffee instead of cookies and cream creamer and I had a creamy garlic sauce with my steak at lunch and I've had some chocolate tonight (no sugar). I need to try and eliminate the chocolate and the cream and reintroduce one to see which is the culprit.
