3.3 miles walked; doggies with me for the first 1.5, then dropped off at home due to the heat. Slept well last night for the first time in a few days...wonder if it had anything to do with NOT walking yesterday?? Weight is the same - trying to drop 2 by the end of Sunday for the Christmas Challenge.
