Hi all:
I am back...I had a complete knee replacement on June 16th and I am finually getting around pretty goood.
Be so nice to walk much more normal again.
I will be checking in now more often. I shall answer all my mail shortly..have great losses everyone and I now shall get back on track...now off most meds.

189.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
