So pumped! Hit 14.3% bodyfat! All that hard work and good food choices is paying off! This is my typical breakfast. 1cup berries, 1cup spinach, 1TBSP peanut butter, 1 scoop Truefit Protein powder. Today working out so added 1/2 banana n 1/4 oats
