The first 10 pounds are gone! On to the next 10, and the next 10, and the next 10, and the last 10. Doesn't seem so daunting when you look at it that way. I know it isn't impossible. But I do know that I quit taking the best care of myself. Making lifetime health choices is much different than just knocking off pounds. Blessing my body with food is different than blessing my mouth with fat and sugar. (which I don't really like compared to a good fattoush salad or grilled chicken!).

On to the next goal, which will take me under 200. It's been a while. And then I spent long time just under and around 180s. To see 150 or even 160 will put me in "regular" sizes and that will be so exciting to shop again.

I think I'm inspired! Happy Monday!
