Just a quick report here, so far I've been maintaining 145 lbs despite going "off plan" & falling off the trackin' wagon for a few days. That's a WIN for me, but now's not the time to be complacent. I have noticed that on the days when I ate more "bad carbs" (baked sweetie treats) I was hungrier, but when I ate more good carbs (produce, mostly) I wasn't so hungry & could stay closer to plan. Come January I'll see if I can lose another 10 lbs & hit goal weight - great way to start the new year!
