Did NO physical activity yesterday. And ate a lot. So today I did the cardio recovery from yesterday. I resisted the temptation to do today's workout as well, wondering if I've been so hungry and so tired because I really didn't take a day off last week. so I'll be a day behind, but it may be worth it. not as hungry today as I've been for the last week. Thank goodness! But it's been a nice (if lazy) weekend.

Hahahah...to all of the above comments! Well, today will definitely be a workout day - two more before the day of rest and then ....recovery week! My knees are SO looking forward to it.

LOL! Just lazy yesterday huh? Well, I know a *little* about how that feels. ;-) What, *NO* physical activity yesterday!?! Am I on the right journal? Is this redwinelover's place? lol! I'm honestly very glad to see you taking a little break buddy, you know as well as I do that rest is also so very important for us. The level of exercise that you have been maintaining lately *is* very likely to confuse your metabolism and system in general. Of course, you know what you are doing... ;-) Have a great day redwinelover!

LOL! No, Info, I apparently do NOT know what I'm doing! :) But yes, I think I actually DID need the break in activity. This Insanity workout isn't for the faint of heart. Or the OLD! :)
