Woohoo another pound down1 this is officially the lowest my weight has been since I had my daughter!Last time I tried dieting I got down to 164 and now this time around I'm 163.4 and still going strong! Today is going to be a great day, I am so encouraged and motivated to get into the 150's and then meet my next mini goal weight which is only 8 pounds away!!!
