Ready to try again and be dedicated and committed to becoming a healthier, lighter me. I need to document and talk about what I eat, what I am doing to help myself succeed . I am trusting God to help me and give me will power. My goal is to walk an hour everyday, drink 8-12 glasses of water daily and count calories(1800 daily). I can do this with all the help I get from fat secrets and family and friends support.
