Following a discussion about the changes the industrial revolution had on the way Human Being eat, I have concluded that I wanted to go back to a more basic way of eating, avoiding as much as possible process food and avoiding eating so much grains and so much wheat (as a result, avoiding gluten as much as possible). Gluten is not really digested well by our system, no matter of you are allergic, intolerant or tolerant to gluten.
Anyhow, it is definitely good for you to eat less process food and more fresh and healthy everyday!
