My week had slow progress, but it ended GREAT! Down 3lbs. this week! Yeah! I will take that! It's a miracle that I lost weight this weekend! HALLELUJAH! That's after eating chocolate birthday cake @ my niece's birthday party! :D I am trying to cut back on the amount of processed foods that I am eating. I've read alot in the health mags about how they are not good for you, but I don't want to give them up! I gotta have my 100 calorie packs, Wheat Thins, Smart Ones, & all the other goodies to survive! I am just going to try & cut back on them. I can see that it is doing my body good, so why not stick with it, right? ;)
