Ok, so I didn't do so well over the week-end. Getting the water in on week-ends is hard for me, actually getting the water in at all, is hard for me. Mainly because I don't really drink much, period. We did go for a bike ride on Saturday, approximately 13 miles in 2 hours. I forgot to put on sun block, so I did get a little sun-burned and my bottom is still feeling the pain from the bike seat. I really wish there was some way you could ride bikes and not feel like you've bruised your rear.

I totally agree with the bicycle seat. I wish I could get a bannana seat like I had when I was little. It was really comfortable. Look at your sunburn like this- at least you got your Vitamin D from the sun. As for water, try taking a water bottle and just making yourself drink every 10 to 15 minutes for a while and before you know it it will be a habit. I consitently have dry mouth because of a medication I take for extreme PMS and so I always have water with me otherwise I start to cough. Good Luck!
